Shipment
1. We ship up to 24 hours from the moment of reception of the payment.
2. Our agents ship the products from the territory of Europen Union, so our European clients do not have to pay customs taxes.
3. We offer the following methods of shipment:
- Prioritaire Reguler Mail – time of delivery- EUROPE: 5 workdays(sometimes more); cost 3€ or 10-14 days for the rest of the world(sometimes more), cost: 3€. No delivery guarantee.
- Registered Prioritaire Mail (trackable in some countries) – time of delivery- EUROPE: 5 workdays (sometimes more); cost 4€ or 10-14 days for the rest of the world(sometimes more), cost: 4€. No delivery guarantee.
- Registered Prioritaire Express Mail (trackable in some countries) This option is available only in a few european countries – in theory delivery should takes 1-2 days less than in case of Express Mail or in Registered Express mail; cost 6€
- Courier (possibility of tracking the shipment) – time of delivery: 2 – 3 workdays in EU, cost: 30€. Courier shipment is possible only for EU countries.
4. We are not able to keep up with changing legislation in the European Union and other countries. Products offered on the site are legal in the country from which the shipment takes place. We are not able to guarantee the legality offered products in other countries. ALWAYS MAKE SURE before you buy that the substances is legal in your country.
5. Products purchased in our shop are packed in a discrete manner.
